The strategic objectives include, in particular, strengthening competencies in a hybrid work setting, as well as individual support for dual students and apprentices. Savvi strengthens, among other things, independent, work-integrated and demand-oriented learning — aspects that guarantee future-oriented training and are in focus across the company.
The challenge is to relieve trainees and to find a well-functioning and quickly integrated digital solution that can be used independently by trainees & dualis. With the help of the solution, trainees and dualis should be able to acquire particularly important soft skills independently as part of the mobile training concept.
Before the start of the training, a group profile was created, which was based on the average self-assessment of 85 apprentices & dual students at the start of their apprenticeship in 2023. The evaluation serves as a starting point for the training, from which the strengths and potentials can be identified.
